山东亿达环保技术工程有限公司是始创于1994年的环保企业。本公司经过三十年的不懈进取,在工业废水、市政污水、水生态修复及自来水地表水源脱氮等领域创建完成了多项交钥匙工程。赢得了用户和环保部门的信赖,并于1999年8月就获得国家环境保护总局颁发的《环境工程设计证书》。

2010-2015年,在中国济南与环保界学者专家共同形成“中层曝气”新概念,与传统之底层曝气、表层曝气、双压喷射射流曝气三大体系并列其中。底曝、表曝、中曝、喷射射流曝气形成污水处理厂四种曝气装备并存阶段。
2016-2020年,中曝机与三大传统体系并列混装实践。在不停产插装混合运行多家用户后,全部产生了出水质量上升,吨水处理成本下降的效果。与业主形成老污水厂提标改造采用“多曝合一,提标降耗”共识。
2021-2024年,在智慧水务提改背景推动下,升级的全数控回转喷射推流曝气机系列,使老污水厂系统强化了同池硝化/反硝化功能;把氨氮、总氮降到一级A到四类地表水质标准 。在回转、推流、搅拌综合作用下,将各种曝气系统混装A/O释放在活性污泥中的氮气吹脱干净。有厌氧选择池的各类氧化沟、A2O池中插装后,不仅能脱氨氮、总氮,同时又能深度生物脱除总磷。除此之外,提改之后的吨水成本降低30%-50%左右。污泥减量30%以上,提改费用大幅下降。
全数控回转喷射推流曝气、搅拌系列插装升级后,用户确立了下列三个创新点。
(1)确立“中曝插装”老污水厂改造不新建水池,不排水排泥。
(2)确立“多曝合一” 老污水厂改造池顶插装设备,原设备自动清理复原。
(3)确立“精 确曝气” 老污水厂改造升级为准中水处理厂。避开老污水厂反复改造。
Shandong Yida Environmental Technology & Engineering Co., Ltd. is a company established in 1994. During the past three decades, the company has been dedicated in innovation, application and continuous improvement in industrial and municipal sewage treatment, ecological restoration and nitrogen removal of surface water. The company has successfully completed a range of sewage treatment turnkey projects for many customers by implementing state-of-the-art technologies. We used highly efficient technologies in various industrial sewage projects to achieve the goal of low investment, low operating costs and high effluent quality. Since the after-sale service was excellent, the company has won great reputation from the customers and the environmental protection agencies. In August 1999, the company received the Certificate of Environmental Engineering Design issued by the State Environmental Protection Administration.
From the year of 2005 to 2009, the company shifted to the innovation of new aeration devices and has successfully developed the submersible floating aerator and mixer as core equipments for wastewater treatment plants. From the year 2010 to 2015, the concept of "middle layer aeration" was jointly developed by environmental scholars and experts in Jinan, China. The concept of middle-layer aeration co-exists with the other three major aeration systems, namely, bottom aeration, surface aeration and dual pressure jet aeration.
From the year 2016 to 2020, the company started the mashup phase by inserting its middle-layer aerators into the basins consisting of bottom and surface aeration systems. After implementing middle-layer aeration with no production suspension, the effluent quality rised and treatment cost declined dramatically. We have reached a consensus with the plant owners to adopt the "multiple aeration modes in one basin" approach for the retrofit of the WWTP.
From the year 2021 to 2024, in the background of smart water management, digital controlled submersible floating aerator and mixer strengthened simultaneous nitrification and denitrification (SND) function in the old sewage treatment plant system. Furthermore, the ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen level of the effluent was reduced to Class A/Class IV surface water quality standards. Under the combined action of rotation, pushing flow, and stirring, various aeration systems are mixed to activate A/O, and the nitrogen released in the activated sludge is blown off completely. After being inserted into various oxidation ditches and A2O tanks with anaerobic selective tanks, not only can ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen be efficiently removed, but also total phosphorus can be biologically removed thoroughly. In addition, the cost per ton of water after the improvement has been reduced by about 30% -50%. The sludge reduction is more than 30% and the cost of retrofit is reduced significantly.
There are three innovative points for the retrofit of digital controlled submersible floating aerator and mixer.
(1) The renovation of old sewage treatment plants with the insertion of middle-layer aerators does not require addition of new basin or sludge discharge.
(2) Establish "multi exposure integration" for the renovation of old sewage treatment plants, install equipment at the top of the tank, and automatically clean and restore the original equipment.
(3) Establish the transformation and upgrading of "precise aeration" old sewage treatment plants as standard intermediate water treatment plants. Avoid the repeated renovation of old sewage treatment plants.
